​JANE'S MINI RETREATS in SYDNEY - Jane creates a caring, supportive environment for deep rest and relaxation. Making generous use of cushions and blankets to support the body, this style of gentle yoga is especially effective for everyone who is busy, stressed, anxious, or just in need of some ‘me time’. Poses are tailored for each body and any injuries. The mood is casual and relaxed, you are welcome to do as much or as little as you like.

Activate your body’s natural relaxation response and learn how to de-stress mentally, physically and emotionally. Gently stretch your body, soothe your nervous system and experience deep relaxation. The rejuvenating program is themed around healthy living principals and deep relaxation. The peaceful venue is located on nine acres of gardens on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
