This trip is a blend of adventure, beauty, spirituality, culture and yoga, its more of an immersive journey through the extraordinary landscapes of Kashmir and Ladakh than a traditional yoga retreat.  Yoga classes are woven into our experience whenever the location allows - overlooking a Himalayan valley, or in an ancient monastery.

WHY MAY?

May is early summer and temperatures will be in the high 30's in Delhi and Amritsar. However, by May Kashmir is at its most beautiful, with spring in full bloom, lush valleys and snow on the higher peaks. Further north, Ladakh is beginning to awaken after winter, mountain passes open and the landscape becoming accessible once again.
