Sun 3 - Fri 8 May - escape the ordinary and step into the magic of the outback

Why Lightning Ridge?

There’s a raw magic to this place - the stillness of the desert, the hot mineral waters, the underground world of opals, and the charm of Australia’s quirkiest outback town. Lightning Ridge is a place like no other - famous for its black opals, vast desert skies, and eccentric charm. For five unforgettable starry nights, you’ll combine daily yoga practice with the mystery and wonder of this iconic outback town.

Here, the land itself teaches presence, resilience, and wonder.

May temps 9-23º. Relax, rejuvenate, have fun. Your quiet, luxury villa is on the edge of town, a short stroll to the natural, hot healing baths. This retreat is friendly, relaxed and casual. New to yoga - beginners are welcome. TO BOOK: Check availability & pay $750 deposit.

Only $1,749 per person twin share in a luxury villa for five nights. $999 balance 1 February.

GETTING THERE: Sydney to Lightning Ridge is a scenic nine-hour road trip. I suggest you leave Saturday 2 May and overnight halfway. You can also go via train and coach. I can help you with options.

WHAT OTHERS SAY:

"I've attend the retreat twice on my own - but have been far from alone. I shared the week with like-minded people of all ages and walks of life. Then there is Jane, who is so much more than a teacher! She opens my mind and bring positivity to my life. I leave all her retreats happy, rested and ready to take on my life once more. Thanks again for another great experience - see you next year"!   HONORINE

"The perfect break to connect with nature and reconnect with yourself. Great mix of relaxation, yoga, activity, exploration and engagement with like-minded, friendly people. Thanks for such a wonderful retreat, I feel rejuvenated.  JANE WILLIAMS

"This retreat is THE absolute package. A break from my busy, noisy, family life. I dedicated time to myself, reflection, yoga and I loved the space and peace. I made new friends, re-connected with old, had a good laugh, relaxed around an open fire, walked, read, soaked my aches and pains away in the natural hot baths.    KERRY TAYLOR
