It is hard to believe it was not more than 4 weeks ago the Flourish Yoga group was in the final stages of the Spiritual Retreat having dinner in the Boudhanath Stupa which dominates the skyline. The ancient Stupa is one of the largest in the world. Luckily it still remains after the shock of the earthquake. We are so blessed and privalidged to have seen it when we did.

I am heading to India in March taking a group of 14 lovely Flourish Yoga members to practice yoga.
